Motorola Milestone
1.1 Specification
The Motorola Milestone uses a ARM Cortex A8 running at 550 MHz. It has a 480 x 854 pixel 3.7″ screen.
1.2 Plain CPU Tests (no timer)
The Milestone has a graphics processor which boosts up the benchmark results – 21 ms while drawing 8 sprites and the background is very good.
1.3 Timed Tests
Nearly twice as fast as the iPhone 3G the Milestone can’t beat the 3GS though.
1.4 Conclusion
Amazingly fast graphics output for a 550MHz CPU. About 17 fps (8 sprites+BG) should be quite ok.
